Eligibility for Returns

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items like lip products, skincare, and body care.
Return Process

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping the Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring that all accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included. The RAN must be written clearly on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as tarstore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures a faster process, as exchanges are not always possible depending on product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at justcarpenoctem@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the defect or error to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

International Return Shipping Costs
As international returns can be expensive, please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. tarstore will not cover these fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

Refund Processing Time
